Information on Information
We only collect enough personal information to process and service your orders. Name, address, email, phone, and credit processing information will be shared as necessary to complete transactions with available fraud monitoring checks. We maintain no lists for marketing purposes. We will sell no information. We have no opt-in's or opt-out's.
Policies
In the event of viral or hacker activity our website will be taken down until verified clean. If the secure site is compromised we will postal mail any party that may be affected. We will co-operate fully with any legal authority investigating hacking, fraud, denial of service, or other illegal activity. Information provided will depend on court order, our own observations, or reported activity. We will not knowingly do business with any spammer and report all known contact.
The customer is not always right, but if you were to make a mistake in your ordering we would like to still work something out if possible!(In other words just because we shipped what you ordered doesn't mean that is the end of discussion) If we made a mistake, well then we still want to work it out but will have to fix our process so it doesn't happen again!
There are a few people out there with the pure desire to get better than a good bargain at the expense of others. We reserve the right to terminate transactions with people reported as fraudulent, or refused by the credit processing system, or are trying to get around the system(ie. the one who returns the stained prom dress saying it didn't fit).
